Susan G. Komen For The Cure Nebraska

The Nebraska Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure raises funds to support the Komen Promise to save lives and end breast cancer forever by empowering people, ensuring quality care for all and energizing science to find the cures.  The majority of the funds we raise come to us through the Komen Nebraska Race for the Cure®, held annually in October. Other sources of revenue include fundraising events, individual and corporate donations, and memorial or celebration contributions. Click here for more information about Susan G. Komen for the cure Nebraska.

Teammates Mentoring Program

Tom and Nancy Osborne founded the TeamMates Mentoring Program in 1991 in an effort to provide support and encouragement to school aged youth. The goal of the program is to see youth graduate from high school and pursue post-secondary education. To reach this goal, youth meet one hour per week with a caring adult who serves as a mentor. Mentors are volunteers from the community who have dedicated themselves to making a difference in the life of a young person. Click here for more information about the TeamMates Program.
